We are currently looking for a contract scrum master to work in our Des Moines locations. Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

• Assisting with internal and external communication, maintaining a transparent working environment between IT and our business partners

• Supporting the Business Analyst and the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

• Applying agile methodologies and coaching the team to execute against those principals

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams and resources in multiple locations

Experience as a Scrum Master on data/business intelligence projects is preferred

Great communication skills are a must

Experience in Jira, Confluence, and Stories on Board are preferred

Life insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.
