Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company’s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

The Business Initiative Consultant will rely on internal partnerships to develop aligned strategies aimed at increasing team member engagement across the Wells Fargo Workplace. This role will help team members prepare for new ways of work, sharing collaboration tools and technique best practices to help team members connect with teams and partners, and incorporate customer feedback into workspace experience efforts. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing programs across Wells Fargo with relationship to Workplace and key projects, as well as consulting and assisting CPG change management as they support team members through changes. In addition this person will help develop marketing and awareness plans in coordination with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to communicate the workplace story.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create workplace story, leadership updates, communication pieces and host workshops and learning events to keep team members updated on workplace activities and guide them through workplace change

  • Create and implement roadmap to build excitement and engagement strategies around workplace

  • Regularly incorporate customer feedback into engagement initiatives to ensure continuous evolution of strategies and toolkit

  • Develop internal partnerships to foster alignment of priorities and create a One-Wells Fargo workplace experience

  • Create case study library to provide collaboration and other workplace strategy education and guidance to teams and team members

  • Create multimedia content including writing copy, creating graphic assets, developing videos to communicate and educate

  • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with CPG change management and other CPG functional areas, HR change management, and with other corporate partners to negotiate, influence, prioritize and meet risk and business objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
