RFA Engineering Maintenance Engineer in Waterloo, Iowa
RFA Engineering (www.rfamec.com) is seeking candidates to be part of our engineering team at our customer's facility in Waterloo, IA. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will support the production of tractors, engines, and/or drivetrains.
This is a full time position with a full benefit package listed below, that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, direct hire by our customer, and additional opportunities within our own organization.
- Work with machine maintenance skilled trades and manufacturing engineers to develop Preventative Maintenance Plans and enter those plans into SAP for maintenance scheduling and workload leveling.
Bachelor's of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related Engineering Technology degrees.
Ex-journeymen mechanics, ex-maintenance supervisors are all good candidates.
Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Engineer experience is also preferred.
Machine design & troubleshooting experience.
Experience writing maintenance procedures.
Working knowledge of SAP or other computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
