MaxYield Cooperative is a leading agricultural cooperative providing innovative solutions to our clients in Northwest and North Central Iowa. We?re seeking the right individual to join our team as an agronomy specialist trainee. You will be responsible for providing seed, crop nutrition and protection products, and other agronomic solutions to our clients during the growing season. To facilitate learning, you will be assigned a mentor who will help you to learn seed, agronomy, precision ag and all facets of MaxYield Cooperative. Upon successful completion of your 12-24 month education and training plan, you will be assigned your sales area.

It is important that you are team-oriented, have proficient technology skills plus strong communication, leadership and networking skills. You must have or be working towards a 2-year or 4-year college degree in agronomy, ag business, ag studies, or related area. This position offers competitive salary & benefits, including:
