Responsibilities:
A partial list of duties and responsibilities includes:
Interact with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather layout and structural requirements and designs.
Calculate dimensions, slope, and unit quantities of materials.
Detail designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software, with an emphasis on using Revit
Draw flow diagrams and layouts to illustrate working and preliminary plans.
Identify potential operational issues and offer ideas to improve functionality.
Check own work for accuracy and quality.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software required and Revit experience preferred.
Good math skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and willingness to work overtime as required.
BS in Engineering, Architecture, or degree from a technical college.
Pre-employment, post-offer drug screen required.
