Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (e.g., Systems, Software, Mechanical, Agricultural, Electrical, Aerospace) AND eight years of product development experience in software, electronics, hydraulics, system and/or machine controls design. OR twelve years of product development experience without an engineering degree. Exceptional candidates will possess an engineering Master's degree.

• Proven adeptness in developing electronic/hydraulic/mechanical control systems.

• Proficiency in system engineering methods, modeling, and mentoring broader teams.

• Strong data-based decision analysis skills, utilizing structure methods like decision, Pugh, and trade space analysis.

• Ability to lead system integration and verification planning and execution.

• Advanced troubleshooting skills with root cause analysis using FMEA, 8D, and 6 Sigma tools.

• Accomplished with model-based system design and agile software development.

• Experience using MATLAB/Simulink, SYSML, Jira, and Dassault 3D Experience.

• In-depth knowledge of J1939 multiplexed communication and diagnostic protocols.

• Understanding of industry best practices and standards on system engineering.

• Solid communication skills, effectively tailoring technical information to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Work involving Mechanical Design

• Adeptness in Atlassian Jira

• Product development experience highly preferred

• Background working with Electrical Design

• Network Protocols experience

• Good understanding of Hydraulics

• Strong familiarity with MATLAB

• R MatLab experience preferred

• Expertise in R MatLab

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of complex systems through all phases, from concept to completion.

Drive system integration and verification efforts, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues expeditiously.

Utilize data-driven analysis and structure methods to inform critical decisions.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Stay abreast of industry advancements and integrate them into product development strategies.
