Pella Regional Health Center Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Pella, Iowa
Responsible for providing Nuclear Medicine services as directed by the physician and/or radiologist. Must be registered with the ARRTN, or CNMT. Must have current license to practice in the state of Iowa. Completes assigned responsibilities within his/her certification with little or no direct supervision. Participates in performance improvement activities and quality monitoring for the department.Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities
Bachelors of Science preferred.
Must be registered with the ARRTN or CNMT. Must have current license to practice in the state of Iowa.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS required. New employees certify within three (3) months after hire date.
Previous experience preferred.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
High degree of empathetic listening, tact and kindness toward others.
Ability to communicate well verbally. Must work effectively as a member of a team.
Strong computer knowledge
Technical skills associated with duties listed within this job description. Must be competent in all assigned areas.
Willingness to complete further radiographic education or certification as required by the department.
Must demonstrate leadership and effective communication skills as required for this position.
