Clinical Rotation and Purchasing Coordinator (part-time)
Northwestern College seeks a clinical rotation and purchasing coordinator for the physician assistant studies program to begin in November 2020. The coordinator will assist the director of clinical education in recruitment, retention and communication with clinical sites and manage program data pertaining to clinical sites and curriculum. The coordinator will also assist the program director with purchasing and inventory for the PA program, and fully participate as a member of the PA program staff in program development and accreditation activities. This is a 12-month, 75% position.
Associate’s degree or higher
Strong communication skills required, with ability to develop relationships with clinical administrators and clinicians
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines
Possess knowledge of computers and technology to perform assigned tasks
Preference given to candidates with experience working with compliance, accreditation or data analysis
Preference given to candidates with project management experience
