Applications are being accepted for a full-time business intelligence analyst. This position works closely with admission operations, financial aid, IT teams, and super users to ensure data integrity, system to system integrations, and turning data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make data-informed decisions. The analyst will maintain the enrollment division database, develop financial aid modeling, enhance and create enterprise and application level reports, as well as manage key campus systems. This individual will be expected to look beyond the obvious and offer solutions that influence changes to improve operations and efficiency across a distributed system. This position is integrated with Information Technology to lead decision making in business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (Master's preferred) in business analytics, decision sciences, statistics, or information systems. Knowledge of: administrative computer information systems; designing methods of processing data, technical report writing, and advanced inferential statistics. Experience in admission or a higher-education setting is preferred but not required.
Two years of business intelligence report experience with demonstrated proficiency in using BI reporting tools. Experience with logical and physical data modeling concepts. Ability to manage multiple projects, follow-up, bring projects to completion and meet deadlines. Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop advanced statistical models used to leverage financial aid is required.
Oral and written communication, database information management, with a significant level of knowledge and competency working with relational databases. Experience with Microsoft Office software and Google Suite. Familiarity or experience with Technolutions CRM and PowerFAIDS. Proficiency with SQL querying and reporting, Microsoft SSAS or SSIS, and Power BI, or Tableau.
Ability to communicate effectively, interact professionally, maintain confidentiality in a variety of situations (in person and on the telephone).
