Pay Range: $26.59 - $40.28
This position accepts the responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care during the patients stay, through the use of the nursing process. The Team Leader uses the principles of servant leadership to achieve results for the organization by attending to the needs of those they serve. They are a resource for nurse team members and assist them with critical thinking, problem solving, removing barriers, training and auditing processes.
Graduate of a program in professional nursing.
Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa.
Experience: Previous experience in acute care preferred
Special Skills and Competencies: Ability to work flexible hours. Completes Cardiac Dysrhythmia class or equivalent within 3 months of hire.
