Job Description

Lennox in Marshalltown, Iowa is now hiring Assemblers for second shift (3:30 pm. - 12 a.m.). Starting pay is $11.60/hr plus a $.42 shift differential with the opportunity to earn additional incentives per hour.

Direct Hires are eligible for up to a $1,500 Sign On Bonus!

Individuals will work under direct supervision in the assembly of units or fabricated parts. Tasks are routine and repetitive.

Position responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Measuring and cutting insulation

• Applying glue, wraps, and securing insulation

• Utilizing various hand and power tools, or other specialized equipment to perform a variety of assembly tasks

• Assemble small parts and calibrate precise measurements

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, and apply customer specifications in English

• Must safely and effectively use a variety of tools, identify unit components, install insulation, and make labels per instructions

• Must be able to repeatedly lift, move and carry up to 20 lbs

• Must be able to regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

• Previous basic training in manufacturing skills and concepts

• Previous manufacturing equipment knowledge
