This position will manage both the Marion and Cedar Rapids LocationsiPOSITION SUMMARYiThe Branch Manager is responsible for assigning and directing all work performed in the branch and supervising all areas of operation.i Including, building rapport with the community to attract business and assist customer relations.i Hands-on approach, will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.i Provide sound leadership for the branch.KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSReports to VP, SVP or President.Works closely with the team, vendors and customers.i DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESiEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.i Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.iiiManage and supervises department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.Maintains and oversees all banking procedures and processes. Provides training, coach, development and motivation for bank team.Share knowledge with other branches on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.i Stay informed and educate on product knowledge.i iAddress customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.i Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement.i Performs other duties as assigned. SKILLS AND ABILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities. iProven management experience as a bank manager or similar role.Solid understanding of processes.
