Key Rehabilitation Physical Therapist / RPT in Manson, Iowa
Key Rehab is seeking an Physical Therapist who is interested in working with the current “Greatest Generation”, as well as with the impending flood of aging baby boomers as they very actively age. This position includes floating between 4 SNFs in Laurens, Albert City, Pocahontas, and Manson. Travel is paid between facilities.
There are 2 schedule options -
a M-F position
ora staff PT weekend schedule, working every 12-16 hours every weekend (Sat/Sun) and additional hours during the week.
Therapists will use their skills to evaluate each patient, develop treatment plans, and work with the interdisciplinary team to enable patients to achieve their goals. The therapist in this position will be responsible for supervising PTAs in those facilities.
Minimum qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an active PT license in the state of practice.
Must perform job responsibilities in accordance with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and follow state and federal guidelines.

Good organizational and problem solving skills
Flexibility and team work
Exceptional oral and written communication
Experience with the geriatric population
Understanding of current Medicare billing regulations
