Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA is opening a new retail pharmacy, and we’re currently hiring for a full-time Pharmacist in our Retail Pharmacy. This position will be primarily days with evenings and weekend involvement.

Retail Pharmacist Responsibilities:
Provide patient care consistent with applicable regulations and the mission of Floyd Valley Healthcare by monitoring and recommending optimal medication therapy.
Process patient medication orders.
Provide pharmaceutical information to patients, providers, and staff.
Provide oversight for technical staff as assigned.
Retail Pharmacist Requirements:
Doctor of Pharmacy or BS degree in Pharmacy.
Pharmacist licensure in the state of Iowa.
Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.
