PRIMEBANK Credit Analyst in Le Mars, Iowa
This position is responsible for the review and analysis of financial and supporting documentation associated with Primebank's lending operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Completes credit line reviews
- Computes loan-to-value ratios and debt-service coverage ratios
- Analyzes credit data and financial statements to determine degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money
- Completes other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of related banking/analysis experience and/or training preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who has the initiative and ability to work independently
- Detail oriented, ability to read and understand information presented
- Ability to compile, categorize, calculate, audit, verify or process information and communicate results in an accurate and factual manner
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software
