Wells Dairy Inc. Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst in Le Mars, Iowa
Description
To maintain the proper inventory levels of WellsBlue Bunny and Great Value products within the customers warehouse/stores. Run reports using the customer database to monitor inventory levels. Maintain order consistency between the customers order system and WBB. Collaborates with other departments within the customers warehouse/stores using available analytical tools.
Primary responsibilities include:
Maintain proper inventory levels at the customer's warehouse/stores within the guidelines set forth by customer/Wells' Blue Bunny.
Insure accuracy with orders and item information between customer/Wells' Blue Bunny system and processed correctly and shipped within the customers/Wells' Blue Bunny guidelines.
Analyze reports generated from the customer system to resolve issues and identify areas of opportunity and/or issues that
may arise.
Monitor and influence accurate forecasts within customer and Blue Bunny systems.
Collaboratively develop and deliver presentations on assigned products to internal and external customers.
Responsible for providing and interpreting analytical reports for sales reps which assists with understanding store related
issues.
Responsible for analyzing and continually improving processes to gather, interpret and distribute data.
Work with a variety of internal departments to ensure timely and accurate communications; while maintaining positive customer interactions to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in replenishment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Customer Replenishment system and tools, and Oracle.
