Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for a SailPoint Administrator.

The SailPoint Administrator is a part of the Digital Identity Services Team that is responsible for coding, development tasks, and technical documentation for DIS initiatives. The position is responsible for understanding and applying design and coding best practices to ensure quality, operating in the fast-paced Corteva work environment by identifying, estimating and completing tasks as well as anticipating risks, issues, blockers and mitigating strategies. To do this, the Sailpoint Administrator will work closely with DIS team members and the IT business partners to understand deployment status and identify impacts to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities - How will you help us grow?

  • Develop the integration of applications on the SailPoint Platform – mainly in Java.

  • Application onboarding for built-in and custom connectors including development of build-map rules, before and after provisioning rules.

  • Development of custom reporting and bean shell rules.

  • Development of workflows for approval, notification and provisioning of connected and disconnected systems.

  • Resolve any issues highlighted during system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

  • Resolve day to day technical issues, including troubleshooting of auxiliary components such as infrastructure, networking, database, or scripting issues.

  • Work closely with DIS and IT Business partners on regular basis to provide status updates on deployments and highlight any issues which may impact project timelines.

Qualifications

Position Requirements & Critical Experience – What You’ll Bring

  • Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Management, or related fields are highly desired but not required.

  • 3-5 years of programming experience in Java, XML, and/or BeanShell.

  • 3-5 years of IAM experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SailPoint including experience with IdentityIQ.

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines.

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Other Preferred Qualifications:

  • CAMS – Certified Access Management Specialist.

  • CIAM – Certified Identity and Access Manager.

  • Good financial acumen and financial analysis skills.

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill.
