Corteva Agriscience Policy, Governance, and Outreach Senior Analyst in Johnston, Iowa
Description
The Policy, Governance, and Outreach Senior Analyst will support the day to day operations of the Policy, Governance, and Outreach team. Reporting to the Policy, Governance, and Outreach Lead, this individual will understand and engage in the cybersecurity policy, governance, outreach, awareness, and education programs. The analyst will work closely with a cross section of enterprise professionals and business users; information risk management; IT professionals and security architects; and IT Communications.

Provide guidance on cybersecurity policies, process and standards which are required for successful implementation of cybersecurity strategies within the organization.
Execute governance processes for managing the policy and standards lifecycle (e.g. policy and standards creation, review, approval, exception requests, maintenance, policy feedback and improvement process, etc.)
Execute the outreach program to promote the ISPA brand within Corteva and build awareness for cybersecurity capabilities, resources, and services.
Advise and assist with the implementation of a cybersecurity awareness and training program for multiple audiences based on business and regulatory requirements.
Partner with the Cybersecurity Operations Command and Control team to plan, setup, execute, and review results of the data driven corporate phishing email awareness campaign.
Formulate and deliver communications and events from security to the business (i.e. emails, posters, events, Yammer).
Create and deliver status updates for Policy, Governance, and Outreach activities.
Qualifications
Requirements
Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology/Management, Cybersecurity, or other related fields or applicable experience
7+ years of experience with IT and/or Information Security risks, GRC, policies, standards, controls, processes, and procedures
Experience and/or passion for Cybersecurity Awareness Training and sharing information to help others build strong cybersecurity behaviors
Familiarity with COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO27k, PCI DSS, etc.
Ability to lead and build collaborative partnerships with all areas of the company to align missions and reach mutual goals
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels of management
Demonstrated project management skills
Flexible and creative thinking
Excellent communication skills
Other Preferred Qualifications:
CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor
CISM - Certified Information Security Manager
CGEIT – Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT
