Position: AUTOMATION ENGINEER TEAM LEAD

Location: DES MOINES, IA - HYBRID

Salary: $130-160K PLUS AMAZING BONUS AND BENEFITS

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead an Automation and Software Development Team focusing on industrial and embedded control systems.

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects.

• Develop talent, set goals, and provide training.

• Design control systems and/or software for lab/industrial automation/mobile equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent.

• 10+ years of experience with automation systems.

• Proficiency with Automation systems

• Expertise in Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Motion control, Vision, Safety controls.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent.

• 10+ years of experience with automation systems.

• Proficiency with Automation systems

• Expertise in Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Motion control, Vision, Safety controls.
