GLOBAL TALENT ACQUISITION MARKETING DIRECTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RECRUITMENT MARKETING, ANAYTICS, AND TECHNOLOGY
The MCI Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for a seasoned marketing and recruitment process leader to join our team. This is an experience role requiring five plus years of experience in recruitment marketing, HR analytics, and recruiting technology and integration. This team creates successful marketing strategies, campaigns, and systems to generate applications and deliver short-term results while optimizing performance over time to align with organization requirements.
This role is responsible for the development and execution of sourcing and marketing strategies for multiple markets, including profiling target candidates and identifying appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and effectively and efficiently attract non-exempt and exempt candidates.
This is a full-time, highly visible position reporting directly to Chief Human Resources Officer and may require some travel and flexible hours as business needs demand. This position is work-at-home during COVID-19 but may require some on-site training.
WHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE DO?
As a recruitment marketing leader, you will act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and customer relationship management. You will partner with leaders, clients, customers, and business partners to drive strategic research and data-driven candidate attraction actions. To be successful in this role, you will need to both see the big picture and be able to execute rapidly. The Recruitment Marketing Manager will partner cross-functionally offer sourcing guidance around:
Local brand strategy: utilize marketing savvy to articulate differentiated employment positioning, leveraging the overall brand guidelines and value prop, tailoring for the local market
Channels: use data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve application goals
Champion Candidate experience: Continuously improve the candidate journey from prospect to hire, including but not limited to application experience, funnel development, candidate communications, and process automation.
Responsible for the top of funnel results for four brands across ten US and Canada local, state, and nationwide job markets.
Manage digital advertising sources, including job boards, PPC, radio, print, retargeting, and paid social.
Oversee ad content creation, including ad copy and graphic design and video content.
Create and manage job postings content, titles, and placement optimizing for job sets for efficacy
Manage recruitment marketing budget and mix to drive to cost per application and improve candidate quality.
Manage the applicant tracking system as it relates to marketing automation and candidate experience.
Integrate marketing systems into existing talent acquisition technologies.
Analyze data to improve marketing results over time, identifying trends, and making adjustments to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure strong workforce planning and adjust campaigns to align with changing business requirements.
Build the employer brand and identify opportunities to position MCI companies in the market.
Track and report on recruitment marketing KPI's and budget to senior leadership.

Must be 18 years of age or older
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
5+ years of recruitment marketing experience
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or business intelligence platforms to manipulate and analyze data
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience in digital online marketing, including job boards, PPC, and social media.
Experience in below the line marketing such as e-mail, text, and direct mail
Experience in above the line marketing such as print, television, and radio
Experience using insights, behavioral data, and campaign performance data to understand candidate data and inform strategic plans deeply
Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
Able to consistently nail details, driving process and managing to goals
Ability to work autonomously to learn new systems, educate yourself on current trends, and deliver results
Must be independent and trustworthy to take on and manage relationships, while also being a team player and communicative with a broad set of stakeholders
Results and detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to prioritize among a wide array of tasks and responsibilities
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Experience with Google Adwords, Indeed, and other digital recruitment marketing platforms.
Experience with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, Teleo, Bullhorn, and BambooHR
Experience with HR Analytics platforms and processes
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in high-volume recruitment of entry-level candidates.
Advanced degree (MBA or other applicable advanced degree
Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification and/or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)

This job operates in a professional office environment.
