Summary
Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Chief Operating Officer (COO):
- Monitors corporate compliance and the quality of care, services, and life provided within ABCM-certified Long Term Care programs
Qualifications / Requirements
Must have an unrestricted and active Iowa (or compact state) RN license
Knowledge of long-term care regulatory requirements and experience teaching critical thinking and analytical skills
History of success in achieving goals using Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) practices and strategies
Having a professional background in mental health would be highly beneficial
Must have outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
Travel and reliable transportation required
Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
