Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Cloud Engineer Manager for one of our retail clients in Des Moines, IA. This individual will be responsible for surveying the current cloud environment and provide a 30, 60, and 90 day plan to improve the maturity of current environment. This individual will lead 2 Sr. Cloud Engineers and collaborate with current cloud teams to execute on plan. This individual will contribute to the design and delivery of high performing, scalable and secure platforms, and monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes. Theyll automate infrastructure and application deployments and focus on continuous improvement of our infrastructure through automation.

Skills and Requirements

· 15+ years of experience within Information Technology

 · 5+ years of experience working within Cloud - preferably GCP

 · Proven ability to provide strategic direction in Cloud environments and is still able to be hands on, a player and coach mentality.

Experience managing a team in a Cloud Environment. (can be any cloud here) Plusses:

 · Ecommerce or Retail experience
