Growing organization, with an exciting opportunity to assume a pivotal position as a Controller with upwards mobility potential towards becoming a Chief Financial Officer. As the Controller, you will have five direct reports and will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, budget and forecast. Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing all finance and accounting operations

2. Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances

3. Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.

4. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

5. Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

   Required Qualifications:

· Proven working experience as a controller and leadership experience (more than 3 people)

· Bachelors degree required, CPA or CMA preferred

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance

• Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

• Earlier experience in public accounting is highly valued

• Strong analytical capabilities and discernment

• Excellent attention to detail

• Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

• Comprehensive knowledge of month end closings

• Command of Supervisory management

• Deep understanding of Annual Budget

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
