Corporate Quality, Environment and Safety/Risk Management (Corporate QES) DepartmentI.1. QualitySupport Quality Management System in Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition Companies (AHN)i Act as a secretariat for QES Directori Refine content and take the chair of the Bi-Annual QM meetingi Design future QMS in Ajinomoto Health & Nutritioni Update FDA registrations as required by the FDAPromote AHN ISO9001 certification to all companies'i Help to start-up CT ISO 9001 programsi Support other AHN companies with ISO 9001i Attend Plant Management Review MeetingsSupport Quality Assurance activities in Ajinomoto Health & Nutritioni Especially the Iowa, Massachusetts and North Carolina Plantsi Quality audits for contract manufacturers, suppliers and warehousesi Assessment support of new products etc.i Support Purchasing and Coproduct Quality audit needsFurther establishment of ASQUA (Ajinomoto Internal QMS)i Coordinated response to AJINOMOTO Tokyo requests (Ex. Review, prepare and submit annual and midyear reviews)I.2. EnvironmentFurther establishment of ASREP and ACSES in AHN companiesi Coordinate responses to AJINOMOTO Tokyo requests (Ex. Review, prepare and submit annual and midyear reviews)Design future EMS (or IMS) for AHN companiesAttend AHN Plant Management Review MeetingsI.3. SafetyLead OH&S activity for workers in AHNRespond to AJINOMOTO Tokyo requestsPlan, Lead and Coordinate Safety Audits of AHN PlantsDesign/support a future program (implementation of IMS) with the PlantsAttend AHN Plant Management Review MeetingsI.4. Risk ManagementRisk management support related with all QES issuesPosition RequirementsRequirements of the Role:Bachelor `s degree preferredGood organization skills and leadershipExcel, word and PowerPoint proficientQES audit experience is preferred but not requiredGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45000 experience a plusMust be willing to attend external training (yearly and as required)Regulatory experience a plus but not required Must be willing to travel (approximately 30-40% to start)
