Description

Supply Management Planner opportunity with John Deere Dubuque Works. Currently approved for a two year duration with potential for extension. Experience building opportunity and networking experience with a global company!

Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient supply chain management

Utilize SAP and Excel to analyze data, create reports, and make informed decisions

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials

Identify and address any issues or delays in the supply chain

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply management activities

Work Hours: Start time between 6am-8am CST, working a full 8-hour shift with no planned overtime at this time. In the event overtime is required, it is usually minimal. Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field

Previous experience in a supply chain or procurement role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines

Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends

Experience Required:

Proficiency in SAP and Excel

Excellent communication skills to interact with individuals from various job functions via email and phone

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Ability to multitask effectively

Prior experience in materials planning or buying is preferred
