UnityPoint Health RN-Babka in Dubuque, Iowa
Work hours will be Monday - Friday primarily 10:30 am - 7:00 pm, with ability to flex to earlier shifts as needed, for 16 hours per pay period, and as needed. There are no weekends or holidays.
Provides nursing care for patients with actual or potential health care problems using the nursing process. Interprets patient information and makes critical decisions about needed actions. Plans and directs the nursing care for individuals, patients, groups of patients and their families, coordinating care in collaboration with other health care professionals to provide patient-centered care pre-operatively and post-operatively to our surgical patients. This patient population includes adults and children.
Must hold an active license to practice nursing in the state of Iowa. The position requires at least an Associate's degree in nursing. RN employees are required to have or obtain a BSN within five years after their start date with UnityPoint Health - Finley Hospital.
