RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide quality service to members, potential members and coworkers.
Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism in all interactions with coworkers.
Promote a professional image of the credit union at all times.
Order income documentation
Order asset documentation
Order credit verification/supplement
Proof and review income, asset and credit documentation according to secondary market guidelines
Review appraisals according to secondary market guidelines
Submit mortgage files for PMI approval.
Answer member and MLO questions
Perform verbal verifications of employment.
Monitor underwriting queue.
Underwrite files according to secondary market guidelines.
To recognize member and potential member needs; educate them on appropriate credit union services.
Assist in training other non-Dupaco employees on product knowledge and real estate procedures
Update files and revises policy and procedure manuals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
High school Diploma or equivalent
Previous Mortgage experience
Interpersonal skills to represent the financial institution in a positive and professional way
Proper phone etiquette and correspondence to members
Excellent computer skills
Excellent organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
