Position Overview:

As an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of applications. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements and technical designs.   • Serve as AEM Web Developer in agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment.

  • Participate in the implementation of AEM including the design and definition of AEM Content-Type Models, Workflows, Content Classifications and Taxonomy to ensure globally sustainable implementation of the AEM platform. Expertise with AEM Sites, Assets and Forms.

  • Promote standards and sustainable, reusable designs of all AEM templates, components, and integrations.

  • Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.

  • Take part in the oversight of 3rd party development. Provide design specification oversight and vendor verification/direction.

  • Investigate and stay current on key emerging technologies related to digital marketing and web development, to help push processes and techniques forward.


  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.3+ years building sites, templates, components, or integrations with Adobe Experience Manager.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving & conceptual skills, and a flexible attitude in shifting environments.

  • Understanding of the broader Adobe Marketing Cloud product stack, web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3, client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks

  • Willing to wear many hats and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders

  • Minimum of 4 years of software development experience

  • Adobe Certified Expert as AEM developer a plus

  • Additional related experience may substitute.

  • Experience with Agile software development
