Job Summary:

The Wealth Management Project & Audit Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our Wealth Management business operations. This position will be collecting supporting documentation for both internal and external audits, facilitating communications with auditors, and maintaining comprehensive control logs to track audit progress. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting operational tasks such as the setup and maintenance of user access for Wealth Management systems and assisting clients with online account access. Furthermore, this role is crucial in identifying manual processes and developing an automated solution along with identifying potential risks while enhancing control measures.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

· Collaborates with external & internal auditors for various exams and audits for Wealth Management (SOC1, RIA Surprise Audit, FDIC Trust Exam, BSA, FDICIA)

· Provides supporting documentation for external and internal audits and maintains tracking log. Delegates exam requests to appropriate individuals to collect supporting data for exam and any follow up. Maintains control log of requests, individuals involved, start and completion dates for all internal and external exams. Coordinates meetings with auditors and Wealth Management employees.

· Assists clients with online account access via Total Wealth (questions, password resets and technical assistance)

· Submits SWP reversal requests and maintains tracking log for reporting and review

· Provides technical support for all Wealth Management systems and vendors. Supports the roll-out of new applications for Wealth Management systems, assisting with projects related to new system enhancements.

· Processes and tracks SOC1 report and bridge letter requests for external clients

· Reviews previous year's audit reports for any updates and changes as necessary

· Identifies risks that need mitigated and enhanced controls

· Sets up system access for new employees, maintenance of user access and or terminations. Maintains supporting documentation for future audit requests.

· Performs quarterly and or annual audits of user access for all Wealth Management systems

· Maintains budget and invoices for Wealth Management vendor systems. Notifies WM Managers of contract renewal deadlines.

· Identifies manual and exception-based processes and reviews to create a better process or automated solution. Reviews data collection within Wealth Management accounting system to identify inconsistencies.

· Tests new products, maintaining documentation and developing training manuals and procedures

· Assists as a backup for generating reports (BOXI reporting)

· Provides training for Wealth Management employees on new products and processes, as needed

· Performs other duties and projects as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

· Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

· At least one year of experience with Wealth Management

· Prior experience with Audits, especially within Wealth Management, preferred

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

· Ability to work against strict deadlines

· Strong team player

· Must possess the ability to research findings in an organized and coherent manner

· Working knowledge and understanding of Wealth Management and Trust services

· Working knowledge of Banking/Financial Institution regulatory requirements preferred

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $54,000 - $62,500
