The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services,

Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and

the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of

Deposit and Credit Bureau Management Office (DCBMO)

This newly created entity is responsible for the governance/oversight, standardized enterprise policy, centralized relationship

management, consistent enterprise processes and procedures, integrated network of systems, quality control and customer

experience related to all aspects of how Wells Fargo furnishes and uses consumer data to/from the FCRAs. Under the control

of this office are the following functions; Furnishings, Disputes, Data Usage and Access, Vendor Relationships, Strategy and

Integration and finally, Self-Assurance and Oversight.

The Role

This leadership role will be responsible to partner with other Wells Fargo leaders to implement and drive the execution of all

applicable DCBMO strategies thru our selected external third-party service providers and partners and establish a proactive,

strategic approach to vendor selection, utilization and controls/accountability. This role will serve as the primary relationship

manager for all bureaus and related entities, leading a team that will develop and implement specific approaches based on

products, services and related risk and overall performance specific to each individual third-party entity. This role will also

be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio approach to effectively manage third-party, operational and customer

risks associated with selected third party operational execution as well as assuming responsibility for the efficient use and

accuracy of enterprise expense relative the services provided by selected third-party vendors.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Develop, drive and implement DCBMO strategy across all applicable bureau and related third-party entities. Partner with

strategic sourcing to develop and implement a strategic third-party sourcing portfolio by partnering closely with each

applicable LOB to clearly identify service needs, SLAs and manage risk in fulfillment of LOB business requirements.

• Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the holistic DCBMO strategic plan by providing

input, direction and SME on the external, third-party credit bureau and related entity space. Monitors changing nature of

space, innovation and market trends for continuous input and direction to DCBMO strategy as well as individual vendor

selections, performance management and overall vendor relationship.

• Lead a team that will tactically manage individual vendors to holistic DCBMO strategies, developing, implementing and

managing individual vendors relative to their product, risk management and efficiency goals and SLAs as established.

Responsibility for all third-party vendor issue identification, management and resolution relative to performance

expectations, SLAs and overall support of DCBMO strategy. Team also has responsibility for accuracy and effectiveness of

expenditures with each selected vendor in alignment with established efficiency targets and strategic utilization of services


• Ensures team member base is engaged, receives appropriate recognition, has the tools and knowledge to perform their

functions and receive accurate and timely communication and performance feedback. Engages all levels of staff in high level

visions and values across the Enterprise. Translates all DCBMO MBO’s and PVSI strategies to applicable team levels for

enablement and execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business operations, implementation, or strategic planning

  • 6+ years of management experience

  • 6+ years of management experience

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
