The Opportunity

CO-OP Financial Services provides technically superior products and services to financial institutions across the nation. We are seeking a talented Sr. Credit Delivery Analystto be responsible forproblem solving abilities, organization, team leadership, risk management, understanding of the overall Platforms process and CO-OP's strategic vision for Credit programs


  • Reviews information pertaining to the payment card industry from Industry bulletins or seminars and partners with management to seek solutions for integration, including First Data Implementations or Industry bulletins.

  • Partners with management on recommend processes or procedure improvements and helps integrate these changes in an effort to build a strong Platform organization that positions the team for future success and growth.

  • Creates, reviews and/or updates procedures for training and quality control purposes and provides training on the new procedure as needed.

  • Partners as needed within Platforms, Client Services and other teams to ensure projects and initiatives are completed in a manner that supports the needs of the business and client. Acts as lead resource for new product integration to ensure alignment with strategic vision. Initiates research requests and FD system testing to ensure product support.

  • Participates and builds programs with high complexity or that is new. Creates a process of validation and setting to ensure high visibility projects are deployed accurately and timely.

  • Maintains quality performance that is in alignment with departmental reviews and expectations.
