Overview
Kemin is seeking a self-motivated senior level IT Project Manager to join our global projects team. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion successfully and efficiently. With the support of the project management team, this role will work independently to lead projects, ensuring that the project moves forward on time and as planned.

Responsibilities
Plan and schedule projects at all levels of complexity and execute project deliverables as assigned
Assemble internal project teams consisting of IT technical staff and business resources
Oversee day-to-day operations of the project, anticipating and resolving project obstacles and delays
Execute project deliverables to meet established business requirements
Create and distribute documents based on project activities, schedules, and budgets on relevant projects or tasks
Report project activity progress and status on relevant projects or tasks
Work with resources across global teams, departments, and business units to coordinate project activities
Track and manage budgets within projects
Work in an environment of teamwork, focused around servant leadership and delivery of results to our customer and fellow employees
Focus on highest priority projects while maintaining movement of the entire workload
May also manage external vendors and consultants as required by the project
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (IT, CS, MIS, or PM related degrees preferred)
6+ years of full-cycle project management; less experience may be considered as a Project Manager
Advanced MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project skills
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
Demonstrated experience in successfully manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to lead projects independently
Comprehension and administration of the complete project lifecycle
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and phone skills
Adaptable to a constantly changing environment
Self-driven and able to take the initiative to complete work
