In this role, the person will be required to:
Responsible for deployment of emails created by Visual Designer in SFMC Email Studio
Requires strong technical background and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL
Build email data extensions in Marketing Cloud
Scheduling and confirming email deployments
Building, activating, and updating Journeys
Creating and updating Campaigns based on Product Owner direction
Updating task status in Wrike
Builds query/filter to populate data extension housing target audience from user story. Address data extension issues until QA approves
Work with technology partners to identify, define, interpret and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes
Evaluates design of existing systems to judge their functionality, effectiveness, reliability, performance, usage, and maintainability
Articulate data requirements and data quality standards
Collaborates with other analysts and project contributors to create comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches
SFMC Email Specialist Certification
Minimum 2 year of experience in Salesforce
Minimum 1 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile for Enterprise (SAFe)
Experience working in complex, enterprise, global Salesforce.com or Marketing Cloud implementations
Ability to perform efficiently within a high pressure, fast-paced environment
