Responsibilities

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in engineering or cyber

  • US Citizenship is required

  • Minimum 8 years’ developing highly complex systems

  • Broad knowledge of information system technologies

  • Strong understanding of IAM principles and how to implement them in an enterprise solution

  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint, including features, integration, and architecture

  • Ability to communicate about SailPoint and implementation at both the functional and technical level

  • Experience leading the implementation of technology through the systems development lifecycle

  • Ability to maintain documentation for the IAM solution, related tools, and business processes

  • Proactively identify future needs for IAM services

  • Participate in implementation of new features and integration scenarios

  • Work with technical and business users to gather and implement requirements

  • Willing to learn new technologies

Preferred:

  • Masters in Cybersecurity

  • Certified Scrum Developer

  • SailPoint Certified

  • Experience with other IAM solutions

  • Collaboration with technical and business partners

  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Be a good teammate, customer oriented, results driven and a quick learner

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
