Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in engineering or cyber
US Citizenship is required
Minimum 8 years’ developing highly complex systems
Broad knowledge of information system technologies
Strong understanding of IAM principles and how to implement them in an enterprise solution
Strong knowledge of SailPoint, including features, integration, and architecture
Ability to communicate about SailPoint and implementation at both the functional and technical level
Experience leading the implementation of technology through the systems development lifecycle
Ability to maintain documentation for the IAM solution, related tools, and business processes
Proactively identify future needs for IAM services
Participate in implementation of new features and integration scenarios
Work with technical and business users to gather and implement requirements
Willing to learn new technologies
Masters in Cybersecurity
Certified Scrum Developer
Experience with other IAM solutions
Collaboration with technical and business partners
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Be a good teammate, customer oriented, results driven and a quick learner
Good written and verbal communication skills
This position may require travel
