Growing practice with large referral base

Hours are M-Th 7:30-4:30 and 7:30-noon on Fridays
EPIC EMR system
Seeing an average of 15 patients/day
Call is 1:4
Patients range from age 2-18
Combination of inpatient (only when on call) and outpatient work
