Requirements
This position is responsible for managing one or more product lines, enhancing the product features and maximizing value for SHAZAM’s customers.
Perform research and build knowledge of the existing product features and pricing, and identify competition’s product features and pricing, customer pains and needs and market segments, market trends and feature gaps related to your assigned product lines.
Create, maintain and implement a current product strategy and SWOT analysis for your assigned product lines.
Define, maintain and implement a three year roadmap
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring forward initiatives that help the company comply with payment standards, mandates and requirements
Maintain and report product health reports and other reports of key metrics as defined by management.
Define product concept, including identification of the customers and product requirements, and ensure that customer needs sufficiently addressed.
Work with cross departmental teams to identify business requirements, establish market pricing and sales forecasts, and provide input for developing revenue forecasts, client facing memos and marketing and sales collateral.
Assist senior management in planning and execution of the executive forums and other ongoing focus group efforts.
Assist sales and management with customer meetings and presentations regarding assigned products.
Assist sales and management in the identification of new partners or sales channels for your assigned products.
Become the go-to expert for the assigned products in the company.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Information Systems, or comparable work experience.
Experience:
A minimum of four years in marketing or product management, Experience in the payments industry preferred.
