Olsson NDT Associate Technician in Des Moines, Iowa

As a NDT Level II (Non-Destructive Testing Associate Technician), you will perform intermediate-level site inspections, prepare reports, and manage files. You may also travel to job sites at different stages of construction and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

You bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team

  • High School Diploma/GED/Degree

  • Previous level II certifications/OJT for MT/PT/RT

  • 40 Hour Radiation Safety Certification

  • 2-3 years of experience in construction observation, inspection, or testing

Desired Certifications:

  • Magnetic Particle (MT) Level II

  • Liquid Penetrant (PT) Level II

  • Radiography (RT) Level II

o State/IRRSP Card is required
