The Role

Under minimal supervision, the Lead Marketing Analyst will perform highly complex assignments in support of Mass Markets Business Intelligence (BI) team information processing needs by applying technical competency in information systems tools, techniques, and procedures. Apply system analysis to assist in business needs and provides complex project management or technical business knowledge to develop cost-effective and timely products. Direct project planning, organization, scheduling, implementation, and reporting activities or provide technical expertise to projects while developing competency in complex project management or technical knowledge of major business support areas.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and manage implementation of activities for highly complex projects/programs for BI Data division.

  • Accountable for timely project completion and delivery. Analyzes work plans and schedules.

  • Develops project progress and status reports.

  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings. Develop and distribute timely meeting minutes, to include track/manage action items and verify they are incorporated into the program schedule and that deliverables are met on time.

  • Assess/Manage risk, impacts and potential alternatives and escalate as required to the appropriate level of management.

  • Set program objectives and establish clear measures to successfully define and meet project deliverables and timelines.

  • Data Analysis to assist in research and development using SQL

  • Assist in billing system research related to disputes with Compensation payouts

  • Familiarity with visual analytics software like QlikSense / Tableau

  • Work with business partners to define requirements for PAID compensation environment for development team.

  • Liaison to Business for setting goals, quotas, sales as it relates to Compensation of internal / external partners.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 6+ years related experience (4+ years with Master’s degree).

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Billing, IT, Assignment, Programming, Legal, Regulatory, Engineering, Finance, Product, Operations and Support.

  • Expert experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with SQL

  • Ability to deal with remote client relations through phone, email & online sources in order to enhance the Partner experience.

  • Ability to quickly understand technical aspects of product/service, both from a functionality perspective but also from an operations/set up perspective and be able to articulate it to a less technical audience.

  • Strong program/project management skills.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to identify business needs and make solution recommendations.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to plan, organize, and coordinate, multiple project tasks to meet established deadlines and accommodate rapidly changing priorities.
