About the Career: As a member of the Consumer Cloud Engineering Services Team, you will participate in analysis and programming related to collaboration tools including defining requirements, design, integration and maintenance to support Wellmark’s business and technology applications. You will ensure completed activities meet project specifications, requirements and Wellmark standards You will begin to establish and build working relationships with Technology and business units. In addition, you will participate in determining Technology alternatives and solutions, and assist with system integration.

  • Associates Degree or direct and applicable work experience

  • 1+ year experience in SharePoint (On-Prem or SharePoint Online) development / integrations / design

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties

  • Ability to communicate with and coach/mentor team members

  • Ability to set and meet established time-frames while assuring data and information integrity

  • Experience prioritizing and managing time with little direction

  • Previous experience troubleshooting and developing creative technical solutions

  • Associates Degree or higher

  • Office 365 Suite support and design experience

  • SharePoint Online Suite (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)

  • PowerBI/Power Apps/Flow

  • SharePoint On-Premise (2013 or above)

  • Experience with typescript, Node.js, javascript and/or .NET preferred

  • MS Teams experience

  • Coaching/mentoring capability
