EY's Technical Services Delivery (TSD) team assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the Infor’s applications and technology space. Infor Applications and Technology Services within TSD supports our area offices by providing resources that can design, architect, deliver and lead these innovative initiatives. This group advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business.

This position will support EY’s Technical Consulting Services by managing project teams through various phases of the ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle.
They will also provide business development assistance.

Demonstrate quality project execution and delivery bysuccessfully monitoring project/program team economics, performanceagainst the job arrangement and budget, and proactively adjust scope,timing, and resources as appropriate and if necessary
Develop people by encouraging individuals to think forthemselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team.Delegate work successfully. Conduct timely performance reviews and provideperformance feedback/training.
Generate new business opportunities by thoroughlyunderstanding EY and its service lines and actively assessing andpresenting ways to apply knowledge and services
Develop long-term relationships and networks bothinternally and externally
Manage and supervise a team of technology professionalsthrough all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirementsdefinition, architecture design, conversion, integration and testing
Interact and communicate effectively with finance andtechnology senior management executives
To qualify for the role,you must have
A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years ofrelated work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years ofrelated work experience
5-10 years of experience working with ERP system in asoftware development role with delivering Reports, Integrations, conversions,Extensions (RICE)
Well-versed with data structure and underline entityrelationships
· Comprehensive experiencewith at least one Lawson/Infor Multi-Tenant Cloud Version 11 Edition ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, GHR, S3, M3, LN, EAM)
· Technical expertise on: ION Desk, InforOS,preference given to knowledge of OneView; Data Catalog,Infor REST API,Replication Sets, Infor Spreadsheet Designer (ISD)
· Ability to use the Infor support system: Extreme, Self Service Portal, RequestX.
· Development expertise in Mingle, GFC, Clinical Bridge
· Infor Analytics: Birst (Data Lake), BI, and healthcare analytics
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation,client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a stronginterest in further developing and integrating enterprise businessprocesses with technology skills
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiriesand emerging issues, including emerging technologies, SOA governance, andnew technologies
The successful candidate must also be willing and ableto travel 70-90% of a work schedule
Ideally, you’ll alsohave
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering,MIS, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)
