Base wages start around $15 per hour. Additional shift differential is also available for hours worked after 6:00 PM.

    Primary Responsibilities for this Position Include: *Process blood components according to established policy and SOP. *Perform review of component manufacturing and equipment related documentation and release of quality control results. *Perform and document calibration and maintenance tasks. *Identify, troubleshoot and document problems that may influence the quality or completion of blood manufacturing. *Assist with validation of new equipment and manufacturing processes. *Maintains confidentiality of LifeServe Blood Center donor, employee, financial and proprietary records and information at all times. *Demonstrate qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment to the organization's mission. Qualifications: *High school diploma or equivalent is required *Exhibits strong attention to detail with excellent organization and communication skills *Proficiency with computers is a must; experience with MS Office is preferred *Ability to multi-task and set priorities according to fluctuating demands *Works effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment *Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team, and adaptable to change *Must exercise initiative and apply critical problem-solving skills Offers of employment are contingent on the successful completion of pre-employment, post-offer drug testing and background checks.
