As an Experienced Recruiting Operations Project Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of that goal, directly engaging with recruiters, stakeholders, and leaders from a diverse array of backgrounds.

The opportunity

You’ll own operational activities for our experienced recruiting function, working directly with our recruiters and leaders across the business. Your key responsibilities

There truly is no typical day in this role. With such a diverse range of responsibilities, you’ll handle everything from driving operational excellence in our recruitment processes, to improving the candidate experience and leading transformational projects and programs. It’s all about creatively identifying opportunities to grow and improve our already world class recruiting organization. Skills and attributes for success

  • Managing a portfolio of moderate to complex projects/programs where operations, process and technology enablement knowledge is used to develop solutions and solve business problems across recruiting

  • Providing operational support to maximize the team’s ability to meet hiring goals

  • Managing resources, communications, and cost management of projects

  • Presenting recommendations to leadership regarding solutions and influencing final decisions

  • Facilitating change between a broad, diverse range of stakeholders to improve communication, share best practices, and create consistency in our processes

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience

  • 5-8 years of related work experience in recruiting and/or recruiting/talent operations

  • Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships at all levels, across functions and geographic boundaries

  • Ability and desire to collaborate and work with recruiting stakeholders across different time zones

  • Strong project management skills and experience

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and CRMs

  • A broad understanding of recruitment laws and practices, and the ability to quickly adapt to our policies, processes, and culture

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations

  • Strong presentation, researching, and change management skills

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills

  • Aptitude for learning new technologies extemporaneously
