Flexential Digital Marketing Manager in Des Moines, Iowa
Develop innovative online strategies that maximizes the online presence for Flexential and generates new business.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, and generate leads through digital advertising, paid and organic search, social media and other digital channels.
Continually review and optimize website functionality, site architecture and user interface.
Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website, including SEO, paid search, and PPC.
Regularly analyze and report on online marketing initiatives, including website, organic search rankings, paid search metrics, etc., to continuously optimize performance and conversion.
Assist in ensuring accuracy of branding and content across digital mediums.
Ensure website content is current and continually refreshed.
Responsible for managing outside vendor relationships from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
Execute email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platform.
Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar required
3+ years in a similar digital marketing role required
Experience managing PPC and SEO programs
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
Experience with HTML, Drupal CMS, Marketo, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
Full working knowledge of and expertise in Microsoft Office
Strategic thinker and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to successful completion while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to work in flexible, fast-paced and changing work environment
Base Pay Range : Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $100,00 -$120,000, however, the actual pay range depends each candidate’s experience, location and qualifications.
Variable Pay : Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
