Principal Digital Analyst in Des Moines, Iowa
Are you a digital analytics professional who can help drive an enterprise wide digital strategy? We are looking for a passionate analyst to join our US Specialty Benefits data and analytics- digital team who will help define key measurement strategy for digital efforts. This individual will partner closely with our business, IT, and marketing partners to take our digital and business strategies to the next level. To be successful in this role, you will bring a passion for working with data and expertise in ensuring the right metrics and insights are developed from analytical initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
Act as a consultant for the US Insurance Solutions digital measurement strategy and analysis questions
Provide outstanding cross-channel insights by stitching together a variety of data sources and synthesizing key findings to stakeholders
Design and build reports/ dashboards (Google analytics, Power BI) to monitor business performance
Partner extensively with marketing, CX and business partners to translate digital strategies into measurable requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of related work experience in an analytics role is required
Strong background in SQL
Previous experience with data visualization (Microsoft PowerBI, Google Data Studio or Tableau) to tell data driven stories
Experience working with R or Python is highly preferred
Working knowledge of one of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud is preferred
Shown critical and strategic thinker; ability to understand all available information, synthesize, and communicate a proposed solution clearly and concisely
Strong attention to detail, and a foundation of collaboration skills, analytical abilities and strategic minded
Knowledge of Insurance industry is preferred
Understanding of digital marketing and experimentation methods is preferred
