Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in Des Moines, Iowa
This position will be 100% onsite and is open due to attrition in this area and are projecting additional call volume coming, The leader would like to see candidates that are bilingual if possible! This role will start as a contract for 1 year with the potential for contract to hire.
In this role/area, you are the first point of contact for our customers requiring login assistance. You will assist in the troubleshooting of their issue and connect them with the appropriate business units as needed. This is an inbound call center environment.
Will be using Microsoft-based programs (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Internet-based applications (Google Chrome, Genesys PureCloud, Salesforce, etc.)
We will train everyone on the above applications as needed; however, computer experience/knowledge is a MUST for this training to be effective for the selected candidate.
Looking for candidates with call center experience and strong computer skills. Bilingual abilities is preferred!
This role will start as a contract for 1 year with the potential for contract to hire. Conversion salary varies based on experience, but very roughly, looking at $16/hour or $32,000 annually.
Will be working with lots of different internal departments depending on needs of customer they are assisting.
