Cornerstone onDemand Content Community Specialist - Remote (United States) in Des Moines, Iowa

As a Content Community Specialist, you will work across our large ecosystem of global content partners and clients to ensure Cornerstone Content Offerings are successfully launched, supported and promoted throughout internal and external channels. The Content Partner & Client communities are the growth driver for Cornerstone’s Content Business, and the Content Community Specialist is responsible for the foundation of our Partner and Client Experience.

The objective of this role is to build a meaningful community among our Content Partners and Client respectively, by sharing vital information, establishing efficient processes, and designing supporting resources to support internal and external needs. The Content Community Specialist’s performance is based on specific metrics associated with activities supporting community moderation and development, resource production and utilization, and Partner and Client experience.

Location: Candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S. Regular travel is not expected for this position.

In this role you will...

  • Execute activities associated with Content Refresh Communications & Partner Newsletter

  • Maintain and Develop Partner Hub & Content Client Community

  • Oversee end-to-end cycle of onboarding new Partners and/or launching new Content Offerings

  • Create and publish internal & external resources based on partner/client team requests, content offerings, and market needs.

  • Design processes and resources to support partner & client communities at scale

  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in the Content business including: Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Finance, and more

You’ve got what it takes if you...

  • Have a B.A./B.S. or equivalent professional experience in Communications, Marketing, or Business

  • Have 3+ years’ experience in roles such as Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, or Account Management

  • Are proficient with Excel, Salesforce, PowerPoint, and other office tools

  • Have a bias towards action and can manage your time and priorities

  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Enjoy opportunities to brainstorm, be visionary, and turn to others for guidance and feedback
