Our Compliance team works collaboratively and independently to ensure that our Compliance program exceeds regulatory expectations.Support of the Broker Dealer in monitoring various compliance aspects of operations.Identify, interpret, apply and communicate complex legislative and regulatory changes that affect the business unit and our customers.May assist the affected business units in implementing changes to policy or procedure.May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with laws and regulations.Advise senior management of any gaps or deficiencies in compliance program and work together to address them.May prepare documentation and respond to requests for information by auditors or regulators.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.Previous compliance or operational experience in a financial services organization preferred.Proven written and verbal communications, decision making, analytical, and organizational skills required.Must have the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.Advanced PC skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and web applications preferred.Active FINRA Series 7 & 24 licensing preferred.
