Principal Coding Specialist II in Des Moines, Iowa

As a Coding Specialist II, there will never be a dull day. You will be consistently learning while having a rich variety in the work you will do, which includes:

  • Reviewing retirement plan and trust documents for valid and timely signatures

  • Accurately updating system coding according to the plan provision changes and procedures

  • Process a variety of employer-level coding changes

While we prefer those with experience in retirement/financial industry with system coding experience, successful candidates will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Must be able to effectively work independently and within a team environment

  • Strong attention to detail, organized and can communicate effectively

  • Ability to meet or exceed established measurements

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations
