CTG is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant for a remote opportunity. This is a 1 year project. After an initial Knowledge Transfer period of 2 to 4 weeks at the client site, work will be performed remotely.
Job responsibilities will include:
• ServiceNow Platform Administration and Assigned Tasks
• Integration with 3rd party applications
• Platform Development and Configuration for Multiple projects
3-5 years of experience in platform administration of ServiceNow.
2-3 years of experience with Integration Hub administration
2-3 years of experience with IT Service Management
Administration of IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility
Integration experience with Workday to/from the ServiceNow HR Suite
Integration experience with integration of Epic to/from ServiceNow
Integration and Development experience with ServiceNow’s App Engine
Nice to have:
Administration of ServiceNow’s IT Business Management Suite
Administration of ServiceNow’s HR Suite
Administration and development of ServiceNow Scoped Apps
Experience with HL7
Must be a self-starter, willing to research and learn as needed to fulfill client requests
Excellent communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and concisely
Ability to manage multiple tasks and project assignments concurrently
