The Lead Performance Test Engineer identifies and implements solutions (hardware and software)

for improvement of the high-quality Performance Testing infrastructure. The Lead Performance Test Engineer works on problems of

diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

  • The Lead Performance Test Engineer is responsible for driving Performance Testing adoption and governance at the enterprise level.

  • The Lead will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions (hardware and software) to increase and enable Performance Testing in DevOps and improve of the high-quality Performance Testing for infrastructure validation.

  • The Lead will be responsible to drive the Performance Testing approach across the enterprise and works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

  • The Lead Performance Test Engineer will be responsible to define and implement test Performance Testing strategy including roadmap, tools, framework and approach across application product teams.

  • Drive technological execution of the recommended Performance Testing solution roadmap across project teams.

  • Participate in Design and Architectural reviews of proposed Performance Testing solutions at enterprise level.

  • Evaluate and select best usage of test automation tools for different purposes.

  • This specific position will be heavily focused on Performance Testing strategy, metrics, governance and continuous Performance testing in CI/CD, Azure environments, and solid hands-on in enterprise level Performance Test tools like, but not limited to Performance Center, LoadRunner and LoadRunner Enterprise in both Cloud and On-Premise systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 or more years of leading teams and strategic planning of Performance Testing

  • 3 or more years of experience with performance testing of cloud enabled technologies.

  • Advanced experience with Performance Testing

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders

  • Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other Advanced Degree

  • Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams

  • Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

  • ISTQB Certification

  • SAFE Agile Certification
